Resolution granting revocable permission to The Hidden Garden Steps Organizing Committee to occupy a portion of the public right-of-way to install and maintain a mosaic tiled mural on the risers, and non-slip paving tiles on the treads of the existing City concrete stairway, and a garden habitat adjacent to the existing concrete City stairway, along 16th Avenue between Kirkham and Lawton Streets; accepting, as a gift to the City, said tiled steps, garden habitat, and a $20,000 maintenance fund for the tiled steps; and making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
