Ordinance amending the Planning Code to rezone McCoppin Street from Valencia Street to its terminus on Market Street from NCT-3/85-X and 40- X (Moderate-Scale Neighborhood Commercial Transit District) to P (Public Use)/OS (Open Space) as part of the establishment of McCoppin Hub Plaza; and making findings under the California Environmental Quality Act, and findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
