Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health - Community Behavioral Health Services (DPH-CBHS) to enter into an amended FY2013-2014 Contract for Substance Use Disorder Services with the State Department of Health Care Services for the term of July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2014, in the amount of $70,682,740 and authorizing and designating the DPH County Alcohol and Drug Administrator to sign said Agreement and to approve amendments for less than 10% of the contracted amount.
