Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Friends of Appleton-Wolford Libraries and Coalition for a Better North Beach Library and Playground against the City and County of San Francisco; the lawsuit was filed on July 27, 2011, in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. CPF-11-511469 (Court of Appeal Case No. A136409), entitled Friends of Appleton-Wolford Libraries, et al. v. City and County of San Francisco, et al.; material terms of said settlement are Petitioners’ waiver of further appeal rights in exchange for the City’s waiver of litigation costs.
