Resolution approving a contract for operating the Sheriff’s Jail Commissary and Inmate Trust Fund Accounting and Management System between Keefe Commissary Network, LLC, and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Sheriff’s Department for a three-year term beginning September 1, 2014, and ending August 31, 2017, with two one-year options to extend, exercisable by the Sherriff’s Department with a guaranteed annual minimum income of $590,000.
