Resolution retroactively authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Behavioral Health Services (DPH-BHS) to enter into a multi-year contract for Substance Use Disorder Services with the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the term of July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2017, in the amount of $33,250,026 and authorizing and designating the DPH County Alcohol and Drug Administrator to sign said Agreement and to approve amendments for less than 10% of the contracted amount.
