Resolution approving the contract between the City and County of San Francisco and Univar USA, Inc., pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(b), for purchase of sodium hypochlorite with an initial amount not to exceed $14,500,000 for a term of June 1, 2016, through May 31, 2019; with two options to extend the agreement for up to one year each with a total amount not to exceed $24,000,000 for the term ending March 31, 2021.
