Resolution authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to enter into a contract agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Learn iT!, Inc., a Technology Marketplace, Tier 1B Specialist contractor, for an amount not to exceed $12,000,000 for an initial three year term, to commence following Board approval, with two options to extend the contracts for up to one year each at the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
