Resolution approving International Terminal Food and Beverage Concession Lease No. 16-0012 between Andale Management Group, Inc., and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, for a pre-security concession with a term of seven years and three one-year options to extend, and a post-security concession with a term of ten years and two one-year options to extend, each term to commence upon Board approval, and an initial minimum annual guarantee of $560,000.
