Title: Hearing on the San Francisco Police Department's Use of Force and Early Intervention System (EIS) statistics, and on the status of implementing various reforms to the Police Department including the Use of Force incident statistics for the past five years; the Early Intervention System statistics for the past five years, including the number of officers flagged as outliers, the number and type of interventions, an analysis of the number of "outlier" officers that supervisors have under their command, and an analysis of officers flagged by the EIS who were subsequently charged or convicted with crimes, implicated in inappropriate text messaging, or involved in officer-involved shootings; the status of officer compliance with Bureau Bulletins that require officers to maintain "time and distance" from individuals who are not a threat to any other person, and any corrective or disciplinary actions taken for officers found not to comply with these bulletins; an update on actions taken to investigate racial profiling practices in traffic stops and searches, and any corrective of disciplinary actions taken; an update on action taken to investigate why Chief Suhr presented incorrect information about Mario Woods raising a knife towards officers prior to his shooting and any corrective or disciplinary actions taken to correct this misinformation in the investigation; and requesting the Chief of Police to report.
