Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco any actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining State and Federal financial assistance under various grant programs, including: the Federal Fiscal Year 2016 Urban Areas Security Initiative Grant, the Federal Fiscal Year 2016 State Homeland Security Grant Program, the 2016 Emergency Management Performance Grant, and the 2016 Local Government Oil Spill Contingency Plan Grant Program.
