Resolution retroactively authorizing the Recreation and Park Department to accept and expend a grant of up to $410,000 from the Trust for Public Land for a feasibility study and concept design for improvements to the Eugene L. Friend Recreation Center, and approving a grant agreement with the Trust for Public Land for acceptance and performance of the grant services for the project term of January 15, 2015, through June 30, 2016.
