Resolution retroactively approving the Fifth Amendment to the Agreement between Harris & Associates, Inc., and the City and County of San Francisco, for financial consulting in acquisition reimbursement and cost allocations in conjunction with Mission Bay Development - Community Facilities District Nos. 4 and 6, extending the term of the agreement by three years and nine months to commence August 11, 2016, for a total term of August 15, 2006, through May 11, 2020, at no additional cost.
