Closed Session for the Board of Supervisors to convene on December 13, 2016, pursuant to California Government Code, Section 54956.9(a), and San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 67.10(d)(2), for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding the anticipated litigation relating to the Ordinance amending the Police Code to prohibit owners of multiple occupancy buildings from interfering with the choice of communications services providers by occupants, establish requirements for communications services providers to obtain access to multiple occupancy buildings, and establish remedies for violation of the access requirement (File No. 161110).
