Hearing on the status of existing and proposed cultural districts as a tool for community stabilization, and preservation of cultural and historic assets such as non-profits, small businesses and landmarks; and requesting the Planning Department, Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development, Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Arts Commission, Municipal Transportation Agency, and Public Works to report and present on current resources and partnerships to support the development of cultural districts and opportunities and strategies for collaboration.
