Title: Resolution retroactively authorizing the Director of Public Works to act as the agent of the City and County of San Francisco, as a non-state agency, to accept and expend federal financial assistance under Public Law 93-288, as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, from the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration, and/or state financial assistance under the California Disaster Assistance Act, for an amount not to exceed $2,789,354 to reimburse the local funds used to cover the 2017 emergency response costs and pay for the federal share of the permanent restoration to address the emergency condition of the severe erosion along O’Shaughnessy Boulevard.
