Resolution approving the FY2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program; and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2019-2020 CDBG Program entitlement from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $18,139,217 and to expend program income and reprogrammed funds in the amount of $5,835,000 for a combined total of approximately $23,974,217 for a period beginning July 1, 2019, through the date when all funds are expended.
