Resolution authorizing the Office of the District Attorney to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $89,124 for the period of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020; $89,124 for the period of July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021; and $89,124 for the period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, for a total not to exceed amount of $267,372 from the California Victim Compensation Board for the grant period of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2022, to continue the Criminal Restitution Compact should the parties agree to an amendment as allowed under the provisions of the grant agreement.
