Hearing on the necessary closure of County Jail No. 4 as part of the closure of the Hall of Justice, and the strategies needed to successfully and safely close the jail through reduction of the population in order to avoid sending inmates to out-of-county facilities; and requesting the Sheriff's Department, Office of the District Attorney, Public Defender, Police Department, Adult Probation Department, and the Department of Public Health to report.
