Resolution approving the Second Amendment to the Refuse Collection Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Sunset Scavenger Company d/b/a Recology Sunset Scavenger, Golden Gate Disposal & Recycling Company d/b/a Recology Golden Gate, and Recology San Francisco (Contractors), increasing the total not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $48,000,000 to $53,500,000 under Charter, Section 9.118(b), with no change to the term length to expire on November 30, 2020, to commence upon approval by the Board of Supervisors.
