Title: Motion concurring in actions taken by the Mayor in the Twenty-Seventh Supplement to the Proclamation of Emergency that authorizes the Entertainment Commission to create a permit program to allow outdoor entertainment, waives public notice requirements for City projects related to the COVID-19 emergency response, and extends the paid furlough program for City employees; and the Twenty-Eighth Supplement to the Proclamation of Emergency that revises and replaces the temporary moratorium on evictions for non-payment of rent by commercial tenants directly impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, and authorizes the use of student housing for occupancy as temporary housing during the emergency, to meet the ongoing local emergency related to the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
