Resolution urging the Planning Commission, as they develop permanent controls for the City's-zoned land in the area described in Planning Commission Resolution No. 14861, to establish protection zones where research, development and technology uses would not be permitted; to establish a policy preventing the demolition of existing housing unless replacement housing is provided; to establish a policy to address the displacement of existing businesses; to review the need for height and bulk guidelines for research, development and technology uses; and to explore establishing an annual limit for the development of RDT space.
