Resolution approving the settlement of the unlitigated claim filed by San Francisco against the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) for $1.1 Million Dollars and No Cents ($1,100,000); additional material terms of said settlement are the parties agree to continue in good faith their discussions regarding corrective actions which may be appropriate to improve the reliability of PG&E's electric service to San Francisco.
