Ordinance appropriating $1,908,123 from the General Fund Reserve, $500,000 from Fire Department Permit Fee Revenues, and rescinding and reappropriating $1,270,259 from the departmental lease purchase budget, to fund salaries, overtime, fringe benefits, workers' compensation, uniforms and protective clothing at the Fire Department, for fiscal year 1999-2000.
