Resolution declaring the intention of the Board of Supervisors to vacate Jessie Street between Seventh and Eighth Streets in connection with the proposed development of a new Federal Office Building by the General Services Administration (GSA) and convey the street area to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco (Agency) at no cost; setting the hearing date for all persons interested in the proposed vacation of the street area; and adopting findings that the vacation and conveyance are consistent with the city's General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of the city Planning Code Section 101.1.
