Ordinance ordering the vacation of Jessie Street between Seventh and Eighth Streets in connection with the proposed development of a new Federal Office Building by the General Services Administration (GSA) and conveyance of the street area to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco (Agency) at no cost; establishing conditions for the effectiveness of the vacation; and adopting findings that the vacation and conveyance are consistent with the city's General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of the city Planning Code Section 101.1.
