Title: Ordinance adding Chapter 67A and Section 67A.1 to the San Francisco Administrative Code to prohibit the audible ringing and use of cell phones and similar sound-producing electrical devices at and during public meetings of the City and County of San Francisco, and providing that the ringing and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electrical devices, when so prohibited, shall constitute disorderly conduct, and may result in the expulsion and/or removal of the possessor of the offending device from the meeting.
