Resolution authorizing the Director of Administrative Services, the Director of the Department of the Environment, and the Director of the Department of Parking and Traffic, to apply for $1.1 million from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Transportation Fund for Clean Air for various projects to improve air quality in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the understanding that the City and County of San Francisco, if awarded these grants, would be required to indemnify the District from claims resulting from the City's performance of said agreements.
