Ordinance amending Administrative Code Chapter 37A "Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Fee" by amending Sections 37A.2 and 37.A.6, to increase the maximum annual Residential Rent Ordinance fee from $16 to $19 per unit for fiscal year 2000-2001, and to provide that no more than $16 per unit may be passed through from the landlord to the tenant(s).
