Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to proposed ordinance ordering the vacation of a portion of Jessie Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets in connection with the proposed expansion of the Yerba Buena Center Redevelopment Project Area and development of the Emporium site and other property; establishing conditions for the effectiveness of the vacation; adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; adopting findings that the vacation is consistent with the City's General Plan and eight priority policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1; and ratifying acts and authorizing actions in furtherance of the ordinance.
