Ordinance amending Part II, Chapter 12 of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Housing Code) by amending Chapter 12A thereto to establish water conservation measures for existing residential buildings upon title transfer, major improvement, or residential condominium conversion five years after the passage of this Ordinance and, in any event, for all residential buildings ten years after the passage of this Ordinance.
