Resolution urging the Lennar/BVHP Partners to increase the number of affordable housing units at the proposed Hunter's Point Shipyard project from 20% to 40% of the total 1800 units and the number of very low-income housing from the proposed 6% to 15% of the proposed 108 units and further urging the Redevelopment Agency and Lennar/BVHP Partners to utilize the median income levels of local Bayview Hunters Point to calculate income qualification levels and to establish 40% of median income as the goal to achieve in order to qualify for low-income housing.
