Resolution commending the U.S. Congress for passing amendments sponsored by Rep. Mark Sanford (R-S.C.) to the Treasury Appropriations Bill (HR-4871) lifting the Cuban embargo and allowing the sales of food and medicine to Cuba and easing restrictions on travel for U.S. citizens; and further urging the U.S. Senate and the President of the United States to pass these amendments in support of the people of Cuba.
