Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Wae Son Jensen, individually and as administratrix of the Estate of Mi Pun Kim against the City and County of San Francisco for $30,000.00; the lawsuit was filed on September 24, 1999 in Superior Court, Case No. 306-739; entitled Wae Son Jensen, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Mi Pun Kim, et al., v. City and County of San Francisco, et al.; other material terms of said settlement are plaintiff shall be responsible for any and all liens related to this action.
