Resolution confirming report of delinquent charges for code enforcement cases with delinquent assessment of costs, emergency order fees, reinspection fees, and penalties for failure to file the annual unit usage report and or fees pursuant to the provisions of Sections 102.17, 102.18, 102.19 et seq., 108 and Section 110 Table 1-K, of the San Francisco Building Code, and Sections 41.10 and 41.20 of Chapter 41 of the San Francisco Administrative Code submitted by the Director of the Department of Building Inspection for services rendered by said Department the costs thereof having accrued pursuant to the Code violations referenced above.
