Ordinance amending Part II, Chapter II of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Planning Code), by amending Sections 206.3, 209.8, 210.3, 221 and 303 to require conditional use authorization to operate amusement enterprises, adult entertainment enterprises, bars and various eating establishments in RC-3 and RC-4 Districts between the hours of 2 A.M. to 6 A.M., and to require conditional use authorization to operate amusement enterprises and adult entertainment enterprises in C-3-R and C-3-G Districts between the hours of 2 A.M. to 6 A.M.
