Ordinance amending Part I, Chapter 10, Article XI, of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Administrative Code), by amending Sections 10.70 through 10.73, to change references from "Assessor" to "Assessor-Recorder," and to make other changes to clean up provisions relating to numbering of lots and blocks for assessment purposes.
