Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Peter Kashtanoff against the City and County of San Francisco for $70,000; the lawsuit was filed on February 18, 1999 in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 301335; entitled Peter Kashtanoff v. City and County of San Francisco, et al; other material terms of said settlement are that the City provide a letter of explanation stating that the plaintiff's separation was due to the ending of the provisional position.
