Ordinance amending Chapter 12K of Part I of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Administrative Code), which established the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) in San Francisco, by amending Section 12K.1 to add additional findings; by adding Section 12K.2 to add a definitions section; by renumbering the remaining sections; by amending Section 12K.4 by expanding the scope of gender analysis in the City and by requiring the development of a Citywide Action Plan; and by amending Section 12K.5 to change the composition and duties of the CEDAW Task Force.
