Ordinance amending Article III, Chapter 1 of the San Francisco Campaign and Government Conduct Code by adding Sections 3.1-109, 3.1-242, 3.1-252, 3.1-268, 3.1-312 and 3.1-422, amending Sections 3.1-120, 3.1-150, 3.1-155, 3.1-170, 3.1-175, 3.1-190, 3.1-195, 3.1-205, 3.1-215, 3.1-230, 3.1-235, 3.1-245, 3.1-250, 3.1-270, 3.1-275, 3.1-280, 3.1-285, 3.1-310, 3.1-320, 3.1-335, 3.1-345, 3.1-350, 3.1-355, 3.1-365, 3.1-375, 3.1-395, 3.1-410, 3.1-430, 3.1-440, and 3.1-445, and repealing Sections 3.1-115, 3.1-125, 3.1-200, 3.1-225, 3.1-370, 3.1-380, and 3.1-385 to update the list of designated employees who must file financial disclosure statements and to modify the applicable disclosure requirements.
