Ordinance amending Chapter 3 of Part I of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Administrative Code), by adding Section 3.7-1, to require that the Mayor's proposed budget identify all positions that were funded by grants during the previous fiscal year, where the grant has since expired and the department proposes to fund the position or provide the same services with general fund monies for the upcoming fiscal year.
