Resolution approving under Charter, Section 9.118(b), an Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and the Sunset Scavenger Company d/b/a Recology Sunset Scavenger, Golden Gate Disposal & Recycling Company d/b/a Recology Golden Gate, and Recology San Francisco (Contractors) for refuse services, resulting in total compensation to Contractors in an amount not to exceed $62,500,000 for the term of December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2026, with options to extend the term for an additional four years.
