Motion directing the Board of Supervisors to hold a public hearing on December 11, 2000, at 3:00 p.m. to consider adopting a Resolution of Necessity for the City's proposed acquisition by eminent domain of the World Trade Club's interests in that portion of the Ferry Building/World Trade Center described in the Lease between the Port and the World Trade Club dated June 26, 1974, as amended on May 19, 1980 (First Amendment), June 13, 1980 (Second Amendment), and March 10, 1986 (Third Amendment) for the Port of San Francisco's renovation of the Ferry Building.
