Resolution urging the Small Business Commission ("SBC") and the Department of Telecommunications and Information Services (DTIS) to work together, in consultation with the City Attorney, to establish a section on the SBC's web page that would contain hyperlinks providing either direct or indirect access to the websites of companies offering free or discounted human resource, payroll and employee benefit services to non-profit organizations and small businesses, to investigate the possibility of charging fees to such companies for direct links from SBC's web page to their website ("hyperlink fees") and to ensure that any such web page section, and any hyperlink fees, would be established and updated in accordance with any existing or future city-wide web page or links policy.
