Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Health, Community Substance Abuse Services and Housing and Urban Health, to accept retroactively and expend first year grant funds of $496,520 from the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) for Action Point-II HIV Treatment Capacity Expansion and to enter into an agreement which includes a rights in data clause, for the use of these funds; providing for ratification of action previously taken.
