Hearing to discuss methods of reducing delays at the Airport, including, but not limited to: (1) using technology such as the Approach Lighting System Sequence Flasher II, satellite based technology and the SOIA Localizer; (2) regional airport demand management, including proposed ferry service between SFO and Oakland Airports; (3) operational enhancements and systems management measures to increase efficiency of existing infrastructure; (4) efficient scheduling of flights.
