Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Health, Community Health Promotion and Prevention, to accept retroactively and expend first year grant funds of $195,900 from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for the Community Youth Mental Health Promotion project and to enter into an agreement which includes a rights in data clause for the use of these funds; providing for ratification of action previously taken.
