Title: Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Health, Population Health and Prevention, Community Substance Abuse Services, to accept retroactively and expend first year grant funds of $800,000 from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) to expand the number of residential beds available to pregnant and postpartum women and to enter into an agreement which includes a rights in data clause for the use of these funds; providing for ratification of action previously taken.
