Motion that the Board of Supervisors convene in closed session with the City Attorney for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding the following existing litigation in which the plaintiffs and claimants, various businesses, are, in sum, challenging the constitutionality of the City's business taxing system. These plaintiffs and claimants are also seeking reimbursement of tax payments made to the City:
