Title: Resolution urging President Bush, the United States Senate and the House of Representatives to use all available resources and funds to augment and expedite existing relief efforts to the people of El Salvador; and further expressing condolences to the family members of those who have passed away in El Salvador as well as sympathy and a speedy recovery to those have been injured by the earthquake; and sympathy to those living in the San Francisco Bay Area who have relatives in El Salvador that have been impacted by the earthquake.
